Ingredients 2 cans drained black-eyed peas 1 can drained shoepeg corn 1 chopped tomato 1/4 C chopped bell pepper 1/4 C chopped sweet onion Good Seasonings Italian Dressing packet Juice from mandarin orange cans Red Wine Vinegar Preparation Mix all ingredents in a bowl and for the dressing packet use alternate recipe for less oil, but instead of water use the juice from mandarin orange cans.
