Tomato Squash Over Pasta Recipe
Ingredients Five to six vine tomatoes Two yellow squash Two zucchini squash One half a yellow onion Four tbsp lemon juice (key ingredient) Salt and Pepper Preparation Cook in covered skillet over medium heat until simmering. Uncover and cook over high heat to stew the juice from the tomatoes. Voila, serve over rice or pasta or cook along with potatoes and serve as a stew.
