Tofu Chicken Recipe
Ingredients 2 pounds tofu, drained, frozen, and defrosted 1 1/2 cups water 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes 2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules 1/2 teaspoon onion granules Preparation Combine all ingredients (except tofu) in container with tight lid. Squeeze defrosted tofu of excess water, and slice into 1/4 inch slices or 1/2 inch cubes. Place in marinade. Allow to marinade for at least a few hours.
