Ingredients

2 8oz Salmon steaks (i prefer the skins on)

2 chopped chipotle peppers **Use gloves if you touch peppers to prepare.

Low sodium soy sauce

Authentic maple syrup

Canary Island Garlic and Herb Olive Oil

Preparation

A.) Chop the chipotle peppers in little pieces and drop in small mixing dish

     Add 4 Tbl Low sodium soy sauce   4 Tbl Canary Island Olive Oil

B.) Stir together, if the fish are larger then 8oz then add additional Tbl of

     soy sauce and Canary Island Olive OIl

C.) Marinate the fish for 30 min and place in foil. Right before you

     wrap the fish up drizzle about 1-2 Tbl of maple syrup over the top of



     the fish.  Place on the grill. Flip in 10 minutes, check after an



     10 minutes for doneness.
