Ingredients
8 cups popcorn, popped according to package directions
3 Tbsp. butter, margarine, grapeseed oil, or Better
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. yellow curry powder
salt to taste
Preparation
While you’re popping the corn, melt butter (or other fat) in a saucepan on a low heat. Stir in sugar and curry powder until just combined, then take off of heat.
Put popcorn in a large bowl and drizzle the melted mixture over it as evenly as you can, stirring to combine. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
