Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1 - 4 oz dry mustard
1/4-1/2 tsp horseradish, optional
Preparation
Sift dry mustard onto wax paper. Combine eggs, sugar and white vinegar in double boiler. Slowly add dry mustard, stirring constantly. Boil until thickened. Add horseradish to taste.
