Ingredients
Meatballs:
2 lbs Ground Chuck
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Flavored Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Chopped Parsley
1 tsp Basil
1/4 Cup Water
Sauce:
1/2 Small Jar Currant Jelly
1/2 Bottle of Chile Sauce
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup Water
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine First Seven Ingredients to make meatballs. Brown in 3 TBS Olive Oil. Drain Fat and place meatballs in baking dish.
Add Sauce ingredients in a sauce pan, simmer till Jelly melts, add addtl water if too thick
Pour sauce over meatballs and bake Covered for 30 Min
Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes
