Ingredients
sweet lemon risotto
3 1/2 c milk
lemon rind - fine or large pieces
2 tbsp butter
1 c rice
1/3 c sugar
Preparation
Oven at 375. Heat milk with lemon rind and butter. Place rice milk, sugar mixture in shallow heatproof dish. Cover, bake 30 minutes.
Remove risotto from oven and stir for two minutes - should be a little soupy.
