Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 large onion, diced
5 tabel spoons ketjap manis
3 table spoons wok or vegetable oil
2 table spoon thai chili sauce
Preparation
Mix the onion and ketjap in a bowl. Add the wok oil and chili sauce. Taste to see if not to salty, if so add a bit more sugar until it is a bit sweet. Put in the chicken and cover in marinade, let stand for half an hour at room temperature. Heat a frying pan with a bit of butter or olive oil. Cook the chicken until cook all the way through.
