Ingredients
6 oz. plain organic yogurt
1/2 cup half and half (can be substituted with whole milk)
2 tablespoons raw sugar (or more depending on taste)
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Can of whipped cream (you won’t use all)
Crushed ice.
Preparation
In a blender, add yogurt, half and half, sugar, and most of the cardamom powder.
Blend a couple of times so that a layer of froth forms on the top.
In a tall glass, add crushed ice, then pour the lassi on top.
Top with the aerated whipped cream, and garnish with a pinch of cardamom powder saved from earlier.
