Ingredients

2 Pork Chops.

1 cup vegetable stock.

Worcestershire sauce (to taste).

Dijon mustard.

Curry powder.

Roughly mashed peppercorns.

Honey.

2 tbsps. of butter.

1 garlic clove.

Preparation

Rub the pork chops with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, curry and peppercorns and marinate overnight in a tightly closed plastic bag.

In a frying pan melt the butter and sauté the garlic until golden brown and then sear the pork chops on both sides.

Add the vegetable stock and mix in the honey until blended. Add more honey to thicken.

Cover and simmer until the pork chops are well cooked.

Reduce the stock and honey and use as a sauce.
