cup mashed canned sweet potatoes

cup packed brown sugar

1/4

teaspoon ground cinnamon

                        cans (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)

cup chopped pecans

miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.

In small bowl, mix sweet potatoes, brown sugar and cinnamon. Separate dough into 16 triangles. Place 1 tablespoon sweet potato mixture on each triangle. Top each with about 1 teaspoon chopped pecans and 4 miniature marshmallows. Roll up crescents; place on cookie sheet.

Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until crescents are golden brown and baked through. Cool 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
