2.5 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes
2/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
2 Tbs. Butter
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tps. Cinnamon
1 Cup Dices Pineapple
Marshmallows
Preparation
Combine first 6 ingredients (add more milk if needed) Blend in Pineapple Pour into buttered casserole dish Bake @ 425 for 10 minutes Cover with marshmallows, reduce heat to 350 and bake until golden brown
