Ingredients
3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1 Cup sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup melted butter
TOPPING
1 Cup brown sugar
1/3 Cup Yelton’s Best Self-Rising Flour
1/2 Cup melted butter
1 Cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and put into a baking dish. Cover with topping.
Bake at 350 F degrees for 1/2 hour.
