Ingredients

Bottom:

3 large sweet potatoes

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup butter or oleo

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4

1/3 cup all purpose flour

4 cups chopped pecans

1/3 cup butter or margarine

Preparation

Bottom: Skin potatoes and cut into approximately 3/4" cubes. Place cubes into a pot and fill it with cold water 1" above the potatoes. Bring to a boil and let cubes become tender. Drain water and mash the potatoes. Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, salt, butter, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Spoon into 9"x13" baking dish.

Topping: Melt the butter and the remaining ingredients. Spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
