Ingredients
3 cups cooked sweet potatoes
2 eggs beaten
1/3 cup butter (I used unsalted)
1 1/2 cups milk (I used whole)
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
few dashes of salt, cinnamon
1 cup nuts
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup self-rising flour
1 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Mix first 7 ingredients together. Then add topping of nuts, flour, butter and brown sugar.
Bake 35-40 minutes at 350.
Can freeze before cooking. Thaw first before cooking.
