Ingredients

4 C Sweet Potato cubed

1/2 C sugar

2 eggs beaten

1/2 tsp salt

4 Tbsp butter softened

1/2 C milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 C brown sugar

1/3 C flour

3 Tbsp butter softened

1/2 C pecans chopped

Preparation

Cook potatos and mash in a large bowl mix with sugar, eggs, salt, butter milk and vanilla until smooth. Put in a 9x13 baking dish. In small bowl mix brown sugar, butter, flour until course, add pecans and top potato mixture. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
