Ingredients

3 cups cooked sweet potatoes (about 3-4 large fresh)

½ cup sugar

2 eggs

½ cup milk

½ salt

1 ½ teaspoon vanilla

½ stick of butter melted

Topping

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup flour

1 cup of chopped pecans

½ cup butter

Preparation

Mash potatoes and add all ingredients. Mary uses an electric mixer. Put mixture in a casserole dish. This portion of the recipe can be prepared a day a head of time.

Melt all ingredients together and put on top of potato mixture. Bake at 325’ for 30 minutes.
