Ingredients

1 large can sweet potatoes, mashed

butter, melted

1 tsp. vanilla extract

¾ cup sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup bourbon

2 ½ cups miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Combine potatoes with ½ cup butter, vanilla, sugar and eggs in bowl; mix well.  Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.  Combine brown sugar, pecans and 1/3 cup butter in bowl; mix well.  Sprinkle over casserole.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.  Add marshmallows.  Bake for 1 minutes to 15 minutes longer or until marshmallows are melted.  Yield:  8-10 servings.
