Ingredients

1 baked sweet potato or 1 C. leftover squash

1 can garbanzo beans

1 whole bulb of garlic roasted

1 T. cumin

1 tsp. coriander

1/2 C. fresh lemon juice

2 T. natural peanut butter

pinch or more to taste of cayenne pepper

1/4 C. of olive oil

Preparation

put all the ingredients in the food processor and add turn on and stream in the olive oil. I have given this recipe out to several friends that have made it this fall and just love it. You can’t get enough.
