Sweet Potato Mincemeat Casseerole Recipe

Ingredients

1large Sweet potato

1 cup of prepared mince meat

1 cup pecan pieces

2 TBSP Butter or marjarine

salt and pepper tp taste

Preparation

Skin and mash potatos with butter/marjarine, salt and pepper. Stir in the mince meat and pecans. Can be warmed in conventional or microwave oven.
