Ingredients

1 cup sweet potato puree

1/2 tablespoon flour

5 tablespoons brown sugar

1 1/2 eggs

1 tablespoon corn syrup

1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

pinch each nutmeg, ginger and ground cloves

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 store bought graham cracker crust

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 375. Wisk all of the ingredints together in a bowl. Make sure there are no lumps. Set aside for 30 minutes to let the sweet potaoes soak everything up. Strain the mixture and pour into the crust. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes and then at 350 for 30-40 more minutes or until pie is set in the center.
