Ingredients

1 Stick Unsalted Butter - Room Temp

1 1/2 Cup light brown sugar

1 Cup granulated sugar

2 Large Eggs

2 Yolks

1 Tablespoon Orange Juice

3 Large Sweet Potatoes

6 oz Pet/Evaporated Milk

1 Tablespoon Vanilla

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon cinamon

1/8 teaspoon allspice

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350

Bring sweet potatoes to a boil in large pot for aprox 1 hour on low heat. Monitor closely. Skin should peel off easily.

Blend togehter butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add egg and orange juice. Add sweet potato, salt and spice. Mix in milk. According to Jennell mix should taste like ice cream. Add more sugar, spices and butter to taste. Pour into pie crusts. Bake for about an hour.
