Ingredients

1 40-oz can yams

4 oz butter, softened

1 1/3 cups sugar

1 tbsp vanilla

1 tbsp cinnamon

4 eggs

12-13 oz can evaporated milk

2 9" graham cracker crusts

Preparation

Drain and mash sweet potatoes in large bowl. Beat in all other ingredients. Pour into pie shells. Bake 60-75 min at 350º.
