Ingredients
6 large sweet potatoes
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup creme fraiche
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
dash of cayenne
Preparation
Pierce sweet potatoes all over and bake at 375 for one hour or until soft when pierced with a fork.Scrape out the flesh and add butter and creme fraiche. Whip using either an immersion blender or a food processor. Add spices. Taste, and adjust spices as needed.
