Ingredients

1 lg sweet potato

1 lb filet salmon

1 package norweigin flat bread

green onion to taste

fresh lemon(squeeze to your delight)

Preparation

bake peeled sweet potato in preheated 400* oven, wrap in foil for 30- 45 minutes or until soft. in same oven bake salmon with fresh squeezed lemon, wrapped in foil for 5-8 minutes.peel salmon away from skin and mash together with potato. add green onion to taste(your call)add a dollop or two to the norwiegin flat bread,fold and wrap. warm in microwave for 2 minutes or in oven for 10 minutes @ 350*.
