Ingredients

3 C mashed cooked sweet potatoes

1/2 c sugar

2 eggs

1/4 c (1/2 stick) butter, melted

1/2 c milk

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground ginger

Topping

1 c packed brown sugar

1/3 c flour

1/4 c (1/2 stick) butter, melted

1/3 c pecans chopped

Preparation

Beat sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, salt, vanilla and ginger together in a mixing bowl. Pour into a greased casserole dish. 9" square?

Topping Combine all ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.

Bake 350 for 30 min.
