Ingredients
Large can potatoes (use small amt. of liguid)
1/2 cup brown sugar - add to taste
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1/2 stick butter
Preparation
Mash and stir ingrediants together and bake @ 350 degrees until liguids are absorded. Approx. 1 hour. Put mashmallows on top - return to oven and brown. (Have oven on broil to brown marshmallows - watch carefully !
