Ingredients

6 cups drained sweet mashed potatoes

4 eggs

1 cup butter ( two sticks)

1.5 cups granulated sugar

Topping

2 cups brown sugar

2/3 cup melted butter

2/3 cups flour

2 cups chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix main ingredients and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients together and crumble over souffle

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
