Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes

1 cup brown sugar

1 stick butter

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

raisins to preference

chopped nuts to preference

topping (mini marshmallows or following)

chopped nuts,

1 cup brown sugar

stick of butter

1/3 cup of flour

Preparation

Boil potatos until tender. Drain, cool and peel. Combine with remaining ingredients. Transfer to casserole dish. Combine topping ingredients, sprinkle over souffle mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. (If substituting marshmallows for topping, allow to brown, not burn).
