Ingredients
Filling
3 cups mashed potatoes
¾ cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 stick butter
½ cup milk
Topping
1 cup light brown sugar
¼ cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup flour
Preparation
Filling: Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a greased casserole. Sprinkle on topping and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Topping: Mix brown sugar and butter till crumbly. Toss pecans with flour. Add pecans and flour to brown sugar mixture.
