Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes

vanilla yogurt

1 lime

olive oil

chili powder

salt

pepper

Preparation

Peel sweet potatos and cut into generous wedges.

Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chili powder.

Place on grill. Turn once.

Dip:

Zest lime and add to vanilla yogurt. Add juice of 1/2 of lime and mix well.
