Ingredients

2 cups Sweet Rice

1 cup Dark Brown Sugar

2 cans Coconut Milk (not lite)

3/4 cup water, plus extra 1/2 cup during cooking

1 7 oz. package Coconut Flakes

Preparation

Put rice, coconut milk, and 3/4 cup water in rice cooker. Cook again and again till rice softens.

After rice is cooked, add brown sugar and coconut flakes.

Brush 9 x 12 inch baking dish with butter.

Put rice in baking dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
