Ingredients

3 to 4 cups of brocolli stems

peeled

2 to 3 carrots depending on size

peeled

1 cup craisons

1 cup angel flake coconut

(dressing)

2 cups of mayo

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Preparation

  1. peel brocolli and carrots. run thru the food processor till shredded.
  2. add coconut and crasins.
  3. combine mayo,sugar,vinegar and heavy cream in a seperate bowl.
  4. make dressing with wire wisk then add to slaw mix and serve.
