Ingredients

1 large, ripe Florida avocado, (or 2 smaller ones)

1 small, ripe Georgia peach

1/2 medium Georgia sweet Vidalia onion

3 cloves fresh garlic

1 1/2 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)

Preparation

-The peach should be soft and ripe, but not overly squishy so that you can still finely chop it. Do so. -Mince the onion -Finely chop the garlic -Remove the avocado pit and skin and mash to your preferred texture. -Combine all ingredients and serve
