Ingredients

1 Large Acorn Squash

1 Large Butternut Squash

1 Large Onion

1/4 stick butter

2 Cans Chicken or Vegetable Broth

1 Package Cream Cheese

! Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Cut up both squashes and onion Saute onion in butter with garlic salt

When onion is transparent add cans of broth and squash pieces

Bring to a boil

Lower heat and cook until squash pieces are soft

While cooking squash, Cut cream cheese into cubes and mix with brown sugar

When the squash is cooked use a blender, (we use an immersion blender so it stays in the pot), to soften the squash/onion

Mix the cream cheese/brown sugar mixture in with the squash making sure it is smooth

Return to the stove to marry flavors Add salt and pepper for taste
