Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
3 tsp baking powder
A smidgen of salt
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Preparation
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl
- Rub in the margarine
- Add the milk and beat in the egg
- Knead until the dough is elastic
- Plop out 3/4 inch thick patties
- Bake at 450 F for 10-12min.
