Ingredients
1 (8 ounces) pkg mild or hot Italian sausages
1 large prepared pizza dough
6 ounces shredded Finlandia Swiss cheese
Chopped Cherry tomatoes
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Slice sausage into small thin slices. Cook until browned; drain.
- Spread sausage evenly on dough; sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with cheese tomatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake until puffed and golden brown, about 25 minutes.
