Ingredients

2 T veg. oil

1 T chopped garlic

8-10 cups loosely packed swiss chard, spinach or any other leafy green vegetable

2 T fish sauce

1 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup white wine or sherry (water can be substituted as well)

Preparation

Heat oil to hot and stir fry in garlic (about a minute). Then add swiss chard (or other leafy green veg.) and stir until all veg. heated. Add fish sauce, sugar, pepper, and wine/water. Toss well, and cook until vegetables are tender.

Serve.
