Ingredients

3 Cs Corn

1 6 oz can evaporated milk

1 beaten egg

2 Ts finely chopped onion

salt and pepper to taste

4 oz. swiss cheese

1/2 C soft bread crumbs

1 T melted butter

Preparation

If using frozen or fresh corn cook for 2 to 3 minutes until just tender. Combine with next 4 ingredients and 3/4 C cheese Toss bread crumbs with butter, (I usually use torn bits of bread for this.) and remaining cheese and sprinkle over the top.
