1/2 C lemon juice
2 T olive oil
2 bay leaves crumbled
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp paprika
10 sage leaves torn
FISH
3 lb swordfish cut into 1 1/4" cubes
LEMON SAUCE
1/4 C lemon juice
1/4 C olive oil
3T flat leaf parsley
Preparation
Marinade Mix and add salt and pepper. Pour over fish and marinate for 3 hours. Thread swordfish on skewers and grill brushing with marinade Mix lemon sauce ingredients, shake and server over fish
