Ingredients
5 T. soy sauce
1 1/2 T. white wine vinegar
1 1/2 t. sugar
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
4 boneless chicken breasts cut into one-inch pieces
3 T. wok oil
3 garlic cloves
3 green onions cut into 1" pieces
Preparation
Combine first four ingredients in small dish. Set aside. Dredge chicken in cornstarch. Heat oil in wok. Add chicken and garlic. Cook about five minutes or until chicken browns slightly. Add soy mix and stir fry for thirty seconds. Mix in green onions. Serve with rice.
