Ingredients

1 lb Green Beans

6 cloves garlic

2 Scallions

2 quarter-sized slices Ginger

1 tsp Red pepper flakes

1 T. Vegetable oil

1 T. Rice wine vinegar

1 T. Soy sauce

Preparation

Smash garlic. Cut scallions in 2 inch pieces. Place garlic, scallions and ginger in processor and finely chop. Remove to 14x11x2 -ish dish. Add oil and flakes. Cook in microwave, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, tossing gently to coat beans. Cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes, stirring 4-5 times. Serve hot or cold.
