Ingredients

6 garlic cloves chopped

1/4 cup ginger peeled and chopped

1/2 cup veg oil

1/2 cup sesame paste

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1/2 cup good soy sauce

1/4 cup sherry vinegar

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp. hot chili oil

2 tbs. dark ses. oil

1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper

1 lb. spag.

1 red bell pepper juillenned

1 yellow bell pepper juillenned

4 scallions sliced diagnoally

place garlic and ginger in food processor with steel blade

add all ingredients (except peppers) and puree

cook spag.

add red and yellow pep. and scallions add 3/4 sauce and mix.

serve warm or room temp.

remaining sauce may be used for more pasta
