Ingredients

One hamsteak

1 can seasoned black eyed peas(I used Sylvia’s Brand)

1 large can seasoned greens (a little spicy!)

1 can whole peeled italian tomatoes

1 can chicken broth. You can add another can of chicken broth to stretch this recipe out.

Preparation

1.) Cube the hamsteak into bite size pieces. 2.) Drain the can of whole italian tomatoes-you may have to squeeze the juice out of the tomatoes. Dice the tomatoes. 3.) Place all the ingredients in a soup pot. Bring up to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes. Serve with hot cornbread
