Ingredients

450g bulghur (fine)

280g Finely shopped green onions

170g finely shopped white onion

185g Olive oil

100g Lemon juice

2.5tbl salt

1 tsp pepper (black+sweet)

5 bunches parsley

2 bunches mint

5 small tomatoes or two large

Preparation

1/2 hour before,wash bulghur Finely shop tomatoes + Onion Chop parsley and mint very fine rub white onion with salt and pepper Mix all adding oil+lemon juice gradually
