Ingredients
2 Bunches Parsley, chopped
1 Cup Mint, chopped
2 Bunches Green Onions, chopped
l Large Cucumber, seeded and chopped
3 Large Tomatoes, cut in small pieces
1 cup Bulghur Wheat
l/4 cup each Oil and Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Place Bulghur Wheat in large bowl and slightly cover with warm water. Let set overnight or until water is completely absorbed. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until cold and remix before serving
