Ingredients
3 cups finely chopped parsley
2 1/2 cups tomato chopped in a very small squares shape
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint
2 spoons finely chopped green onions
1/2 cup dry Bourghol (cracked wheat) # zero the finest smallest one.
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon a mix of black pepper and cinnamon
1/2 spoon salt
10 italian lettuce leaves for serving
Preparation
mix all ingredients together, serve with the lettuce leaves . NB: you can add more or less salt as you desire.
