Ingredients
1 package won-ton wrappers
1 can fat-free refried beans
1 12 ounce package cheese
1 can olives
3 diced tomatoes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tins with Pam. Line each muffin space with a won-ton, then put another won-ton cross-wise at each space. Inside each won-ton, place scoop of beans & top with cheese. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, until cheese melts. Won-tons will form a lotus container for the beans & cheese. Sprinkle with olives & diced tomatoes. Enjoy!
