Ingredients

Favorite store bought refried beans or black beans (mashed)

16 ounce container of sour cream

1 packet of favorite taco seasoning or homemade mix

shredded lettuce

1 large tomato diced

1 cup each of shredded sharp cheddar and shredded monterey jack or pepper jack cheese

1 small can sliced olives

cilantro

Tortilla or corn chips for dipping

Preparation

Spread beans on your favorite platter. Top beans with sour cream just enough to cover. Sprinkle over the taco seasoning (just enough to cover, you may not need the entire packet). Next layer the lettuce, tomato, cheese, olives and cilantro. Serve with chips. Dip can be made one day ahead if needed.
